To begin your partnership with Lunar Imports, visit our website and complete the wholesale application form. This step helps us gather essential information about your business to tailor our services accordingly.

Application Review

After submitting your application, our dedicated team will review it. This process typically takes 1-2 business days. We will verify the information provided to ensure you qualify for a wholesale account.

Placing Your Order

You can place orders in two convenient ways:

1. Online Checkout: Log in to your account on our website to browse our extensive product catalog and place orders directly through our online system.
2. Email Order: Alternatively, you can send us an email with the details of your desired products, including SKUs, quantities, and names. Be sure to specify whether you want your order shipped to Amazon or another destination. The minimum order value is $2,500.

Selecting Shipping Method

After placing your order, you will need to select a shipping method. We offer various options tailored for marketplace resellers, including free shipping to all locations in the USA. If you are an Amazon seller, you can choose direct shipping to your Amazon store for quick fulfillment.

Payment Process

Once you’ve selected your shipping method, you will receive our bank account details and payment instructions. We accept ACH payments for your convenience.

• Payment Terms for Government Agencies: Please note that we do not accept Net 30 payment terms. Government agencies are required to pay 40% in advance at the time of order placement, with the remaining balance eligible for Net 30 terms.

After completing the payment, please send us a screenshot of the transaction for verification. This verification process typically takes 1-2 business days.

Order Preparation

For Amazon Sellers (FBA Prep): If you are using our free FBA prep service, we will prepare your inventory according to Amazon's requirements. This includes labeling, packaging, and providing you with the necessary dimensions and shipment details for creating your shipment plan. You do not need to share your child access with us if you are familiar with the shipment process.

For Other Customers: For customers who are not using FBA, we will prepare your order based on your specifications, ensuring that products are packed securely for safe transit. You will receive all necessary packing details to manage your inventory effectively.

Gated Products and Documentation

Please note that we will provide necessary documents, such as letters of authorization and paid invoices, only after your order is completed and payment is received. This ensures that the documents we provide are associated with products you have truly purchased from us.

Order Delivery

Your order will be delivered within 4-5 business days. You will receive a paid invoice and a letter of authorization in your account section once your order is complete. This documentation is essential for your records and any future inquiries.

Free Inventory Storage

After placing your order, you have the option to store your purchased inventory in our warehouse free of charge for 30 days. This allows you to manage your stock while you await Amazon approval. After the 30-day period, storage fees may apply.

Return and Refund Options

If, unfortunately, your products do not get approved on Amazon, you have two options:

1. Replace Items: You can choose to replace your items.
2. Full Refund: If you prefer, you can request a full refund, which we will issue without any questions asked.
